As the Town Manager, he is responsible for the administration of all departments of the Town of Chadbourn. This would include serving as the Town’s Planning and Zoning Director, Chief Budget Officer and Purchasing Agent.
The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council and serves as the administrative head of Town government. The Town Manager is responsible for the operation of all Town departments and executes Board policy. In addition to the Manager's duties of providing leadership, direction and guidance to all the departments,he is also responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for the Town.
